Description
Punjabi Kadhi has delicious dumpling made from chick pea flour (called as Pakoda's in India) immersed in a slightly and mildly spiced gravy of yogurt. Just heat and eat! This dish originates in the state of Rajasthan where they take their food incredibly seriously!
Rajasthan is known for its special cuisine and exceeds the taste bud scale both on the sweet and spicy side. This is a dish different than any other Indian food you may have tried. It is low calorie and enjoyed with basmati rice.
